Dr Karen Wampler is the best doctor Ive met so far She showed her professional expertise above and beyond with extreme patience to my questions while trying to comfort my anxiety coming into urgent care facility I wish she were my primary care doctor as she only works in urgent care 105 stars

I have been coming here for years when needed The staff here is always friendly My only recommendation is maybe they need to an online sign in so it can tell you when to be there Like making an appointment Since COVID they have had extremely long wait times I just had to wait over 2 hours in my car while super sick to keep my spot in line now I have been waiting for 40 minutes in the exam room for someone to see me If you plan on coming here its going to be an all day event

I had a great experience at this urgent care today All of the health care professionals I encountered were polite helpful and obviously cared about my health I believe the woman who took my Xrays was named Michelle Michelle was the sweetest and really made me feel comfortable I would absolutely come here again and recommend this location to friends and family
